About

Simon has been a partner since 2004.

Simon advises clients on sale and purchase or leasing of residential, commercial and rural properties, as well as businesses.  He assists with other aspects of commercial and business law including structuring, company or joint venture formation (including shareholder agreements), supply agreements, terms of trade and related matters. Simon is also involved with Public Works Act land and easement acquisitions.

Simon enjoys BBQing, the gym, boating, entertaining and spending his holidays at the beach or lake.
